B2B Marketplace for Lawyers

Freelance portal for lawyers who prepare documents and translations. Manage service catalog, users, rates and filters.

Freelance Legal Work

The client is a legal company from the UK. There is a certain difficulty in finding specialists in processing legal documents. It is necessary to know several foreign languages, have a legal education and have permission to work as a lawyer in the right countries.

Project Composition:

To solve this very specific problem, the customer suggested developing a marketplace for legal services. The sellers of services are freelance lawyers from different countries. Buyers of services are law firms.

Marketplace of Legal Services

The request for services is published in the form of a project, which specifies important parameters: project cost, currency of payment, candidate’s academic degree, level, language skills, country.

Legal Services Exchange

Candidates can publish their resumes and respond to published projects. If the response is approved by the employer, the employer and the freelancer can correspond within the framework of the response. In addition to responding to projects, you can simply search for a specialist using filters by various criteria. Moreover, you can search not only for freelancers, but also for other similar companies.

Marketplace Development

In addition to the roles of customer and freelancer, we have also provided the role of admin. Admin manages the service catalog, users and tariffs.

The project includes several paid tariffs and tariff management in the admin area. Stripe payment system is connected.

Blog, Chat and other Features

In addition to the classic marketplace, the project also features a professional blog for project participants.
For a company, the joint work of several employees is envisaged. At the same time, blog posts and projects are published on behalf of the company, not by different employees.

Results of Development

We have developed a turnkey legal services marketplace: a backend with an API and a web interface (front-end). The next step will be to develop a mobile application for two platforms.
